解决方案
在安装目录下找到 lib/maven-model-builder-3.6.0.jar 选择使用压缩包打开，根据这个目录 META-INFmavenorg.apache.mavenmaven-model-builder 找到 pom.xml 然后找到第一个 build，在后面添加 <defaultGoal>compile</defaultGoal> 然后一路保存即可
