解决方案

1. 装置 node-gyp

npm install -g node-gyp

2. 装置 python

举荐装置 2.7 版本（自行抉择 32 位或者 64 位装置）：

如果官网下载速度很慢，能够应用另一种装置形式

以管理员身份执行

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

装置实现后会在 C:WindowsSystem32 里找到一个名为.windows-build-tools 的文件夹

能够间接依照这个目录配置环境，为了不便，我抉择将 python27 重装到 D 盘，点击 python-2.7.15.amd64.msi 抉择

移除之后再点击 setup 程序，这次能够间接装置

装置胜利后，在命令行界面输出 python 测试是否装置胜利

3. 配置环境变量

环境变量 -> 零碎环境变量 ->Path

4.npm 配置

npm config set python "D:\Python27\python.exe"
npm config set node_gyp "D:\nodejs\node_modules\npm\node_modules\node-gyp\bin\node-gyp.js"

配置胜利后，再次运行 npm install 就不会报错了
