SVN 有时会同步失败，可能因为文件被占用，如下图：
或者单纯的因为网络不稳固导致失败。
无论哪种起因，同步前文件会被加锁，而因为没有同步没有实现，所有没有解锁，这就导致再次同步时会呈现上面的状况：
Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.解决
非常简单，让点 clean up 就点 clean up。
这里留神，要勾选 Break write locks，即解锁：
确定后再次同步，问题解决：
