有时候从 ceph 默认下载时下载较慢，能够替换成阿里云镜像源

初始化筹备
建设 ceph.repo 文件将扭转镜像源并且不会主动切回默认镜像地址
须要在所有节点上配置好阿里云的镜像源
具体位置在 /etc/yum.repos.d/ 下新建一个 ceph.repo
