Step1: GO to folder
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter
Step2: double click iTMSTransporter
terminal log as below:

…saving history…truncating history files…
…completed.
Deleting expired sessions…193 completed.
[Process completed]
Step3: Upload your ipa again.
