RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol),实时流协定,是一种应用层协定,专为流媒体应用。本文将介绍 GStreamer, VLC, FFmpeg 这几个工具,如何发送、接管 RTSP 流。
前提
- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver)
GStreamer
装置:
