（1）用该插件能够在Eclipse中间接关上文件所在目录 将下载到的Jar文件放到eclipse的plugins目录下，重启Eclipse即可
1）第一个插件：OpenExplorer插件

，将jar包放到eclipse的plugin目录中，启动eclipse后，选中要查看的目录，点击上方横向工具栏中的Open Explorer图标能够实现在window资源管理器中查看目录。
（2）关上idea工具栏
在工具栏右键
查找增加
【main toolbar】 ⇒ 【tasks toolbar】⇒ 【add after…】
