对象不支持“hasOwnProperty”属性或方法 在IE8中

老版本的 IE 的 DOM Element 是没有 hasOwnProperty 方法的，
并且window 对象也没有 hasOwnProperty 方法。
我们可以使用 Object 对象的 hasOwnProperty 。
