  1. 通过 api.chainWebpack 注入内置的 webpack 命令,之后通过 api.resolveWebpackConfig 来解析 webpack 配置,并通过 validateWebpackConfig 办法来验证 webpack 配置格局是否正确,并执行 webpack
  2. 创立 WebpackDevServer
