先通过如下命令查问模块状态
dnf module info container-tools
发现状态为 [d]，即禁用状态 disabled
Name : container-tools
Stream : uelc20 **[d]**
Version : 2020230130082020须要重置模块，命令如下
dnf module reset container-tools
提醒确认，输出 y 回车
