关于java:49springboot-打jar独立出三方的依赖包

新建一个独立目录，将 targer/lib、sqjw.jar 拷过来。
将 src/main/resources/ 底下的配置文件 (即 resource 排除的) 也拷过来。
运行：

java -jar -Dloader.path=lib sqjw.jar

之后程序更新，只须要更新 sqjw.jar，其余不变。
