Senior Researcher
Responsibilities
- Extract meaningful research topics from the Nervos ecosystem.
- Deliver practical solutions to the extracted topics if they fall within the candidate’s specialty, and publish papers at reputable venues.
- If the topic is outside the candidate’s specialty, the candidate can lead collaboration with colleges/community experts and deliver practical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate holds a Ph.D. degree in Cryptography/Information Security/Applied Mathematics or related fields.
- The candidate has published papers at CORE A or A+ conferences.

Blockchain Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the sidechain solution for Nervos Network.
- Explore new frontiers that can push the boundaries of the Nervos Layer-2 ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++/Rust language.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other blockchain projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sidechain and other scaling solutions, e.g. Substrate, Cosmos ABI, and/or rollups.
- Experience maintaining open source projects in Rust.
- Knowledge of common cryptography, such as PKI, commit-reveal schema and VRF.
Senior Blockchain Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and build layer 2 blockchain on top of Nervos CKB.
- Identify and debug performance issues to improve layer 2 blockchains.
- Explore new frontiers that can push the boundaries of the whole Nervos CKB ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the software development field.
- Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
- Experience with high performance multi-threaded software systems.
