问题症状：
我在 CloudFoundry 环境的 Service Market place 里根本找不到 Leonardo ML foundation 这组服务。
解决方案：
进入 global Account->Entitlements->Subaccount Assignments, 点击 Configure Entitlements：
再点击 Add Service Plans 按钮：
从 Service Catalog 的 All Categories 列表里，选中 SAP Leonardo Machine Learning foundation：
之后这个 Service 就出现在 Service Assignments 里了：
现在，该 account 的 Service Marketplace 里终于能看见 SAP Leonardo Machine Learning 服务了。
