Ref the website Raspberry PI software
This website includes some tools of images burning, various raspberry images. The tool is supported on mulit-platform, such as MAC-OS, Windows and Linux, and it is so easy to use to burn your images downloaded.
The arm64 lite raspberry image is selected by me. There is no GUI deploied on this image to save so many resources.
FAQ: The UART maybe no output when the image was burned.
ANS: The enable_uart=1 is absence on the config.txt of boot folder of SD-CARD.
